Swim Vests are eligible for exchange online within 14 days of payment given the tax invoice can be produced, original tags are attached and items are in an unused condition.

To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held whilst the returning order is in transit, email customerservice@wahu.com.au in advance with the below information. If the style you require is out of stock an online credit note or refund will be issued.

Refunds can be issued on Swim Vests made online on www.wahu.com.au only. Refunds for Swim Vests purchased on www.wahu.com.au are not accepted in our retail stockists’ stores.
Swim Vests purchased on sale (permanently marked down items situated in the specials section of www.wahu.com.au) are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.
All Swim Vests are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
