Eligibility:

• The competition is only open to individuals who: 
• Are residents of New Zealand and Australia and are aged 18 years or older
• Are not employees Goliath Games, Wahu Australia or Blues or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition. 
• Are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and 
• Have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions 
• Each entrant acknowledges that Goliath Games can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Goliath Games only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.  

Entry:  

• The competition commences at 5^th June 2024 at 8am and entries close at 8am on Friday 7^th June 2024.
• To enter, eligible entrants must Share, Tag Blues and Wahu and tag 5 friends on the 48 Hour Social Media Post
• Multiple entries per eligible entrant are allowed during the competition period.
• Entrants to the “Super Rugby 30 Take 5 friends” acknowledge that entry to the competition will serve as enrolment to receive the Wahu Australia email newsletters.  
• Eligibility for the competition prize will require the entrant to remain a subscriber to the Wahu Australia newsletter for the duration of the competition period. 

 Submission Conditions: 

• Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, or lost entries. 
• Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by Wahu Australia, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues. 
• Wahu Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

• The prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted during the competition period by a representative of Wahu Australia
• The prize winner will be contacted directly via phone or email on Friday 7^th June 2024 a representative of Wahu Australia
• It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide their contact details and claim their prize, as instructed by a representative of Wahu Australia
• If any prize remains unclaimed, a second prize draw will be conducted on Saturday 8^th June 2024(24 hours after the original winner is notified). At this time the original winner forfeits all rights to the prize won.
